Dear Professor Dr S Natarajan I submitted a manuscript to Indian Journal of Ophthalmology on December 6th 2011. So far they havent even bothered sending this manuscript to reviewers. I have been trying to contact the editorial office and they totally IGNORE my emails. All I am asking now from you personally is that if IJO does not make a decision on the paper in the couple of days, would they at least send me an official email relieving me of my official obligation toward IJO so that I can submit this paper elsewhere. To be honest I was looking forwards to have a paper published in your excellent journal, but your review process is difficult to comprehend, 9 months and no response is a little difficult for me.
